چکیده
At present, China is in a critical period of transformation from high-speed development to high-quality development.Energy conservation and emission reduction conform the concept China. The upgrading industrial structure technological progress are important factors affecting carbon intensity. Based on provincial panel data 2010 2019, this paper explores relationship between upgrading, regional intensity both theoretical empirical aspects by building mediation effect model. results show that has significant inhibitory intensity; Technological plays part intermediary intensity. Finally, it puts forward policy suggestions such as reasonably promoting adjustment, optimization, establishing an effective mechanism promote progress, tackling environmental pollution source.

Technological Progress and Sectoral Shares
This paper studies the effect of differences in the rate of technological progress between sectors on the relative sizes of those sectors in terms of revenues.
